We got great value for our money with a clean and relaxing room, comfortable beds, and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was also convenient for exploring nearby Cambridge.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location of this place is absolutely stunning, with a picturesque golf course and a beautiful lake. It provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The staff here were amazing, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and well-furnished, and we especially loved the terrace where we could sit and enjoy the views. The amenities in the room were also top-notch, with everything from an ironing facility to a flat-screen TV. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area was a great spot to unwind after a long day. the service, the location, and the comfort of this hotel were outstanding!

This venue is highly recommended for families.

The location of the restaurant during the evening provides a beautiful view of the lakes, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the Sunday lunch at the golf club offers a unique and enjoyable experience by the lakefront. The room and bathroom are well decorated and bright, providing a comfortable stay. The staff work hard and always have a smile, ensuring excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and there are tea and biscuit facilities in the room.

There were some out-of-stock items in the bar and dining room, limiting the choices available for food and drink.

The breakfast was great with plenty of options to satisfy anyone's taste. the staff was amiable and accommodating. the room had a comfortable bed and clean furnishings.

The room was dull and gloomy with a small window and a lack of natural light. It was smaller than expected, and the mattress topper was inadequate, making it uncomfortable.

The room was clean with a well-stocked minibar. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food had a wide variety of options, especially at breakfast. The spa, although missing the Hydrotherapy pool, was enjoyable and worth the extra cost. The towel swans and chocolates were a lovely anniversary touch.

The location of the fountains restaurant was separate to the main hotel/spa building, which meant that we couldn't easily move between the two facilities without drying and changing first. The terminal for ordering food worked fine though, and the staff were attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast had a broad variety of choices. We also enjoyed the lovely grounds of the hotel.

The menu in the restaurant was a little limited.
