Had a delightful stay at this charming countryside retreat near York. Great value for money with cozy and clean pods, and the hosts were welcoming and helpful. The peaceful location and free-roaming chickens added to the overall charm.

We had a great stay at Yapham Holds. the owners were friendly and helpful, and the tent we stayed in was of excellent quality. the small site was peaceful, clean, and quiet, providing the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. We also enjoyed the nearby facilities, cleanliness, and hospitality. the staff were welcoming and diligent, and the surroundings were beautiful, with lovely scenery and an amazing view of the stars at night. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the lovely countryside pod near York. The host was very welcoming and gave us all the necessary information. The pod was warm and cozy, a perfect respite from the cold weather. The toilet and shower facilities were spotless, and we even had a chance to enjoy fresh eggs from the host's hens in the morning. The location was great, with Pocklington just a quick drive away. The pods were well-insulated, keeping us dry and warm even during windy and rainy weather. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, including pumping away excess water and laying down pallets and boards to help us navigate the wet and muddy ground. a great concept in a good location.

The tent provided was of excellent quality and kept us warm and cosy. The cooking facilities were great and the cleanliness was top-notch. Despite the heavy rain, the hosts worked hard to keep the grounds dry and accessible. The location was peaceful and just a short drive from Pocklington. We loved the well-insulated pods and the spotless washing facilities. The fresh eggs from the host's hens were a lovely bonus.

The breakfast experience could be improved with some additional comfortable seating and bean bags in the tent.

Loved the cozy Gothic Camping Pod, complete with a TV and a picnic bench. Billy the dog was a delightful surprise! Scarborough, Bridlington, and Filey are just an hour away.

Just loved everything so much, can't think of a single thing to complain about!
