Zac and his wife were very friendly and helpful. the two-bedroom cottage was comfortable and well-equipped, with a nice kitchen and lounge area. We enjoyed the added bonus of having Netflix available. the location was peaceful and safe, with plenty of room for kids to play and amenities like a ping pong table and table football. the nearby Co-op in town was convenient for food shopping. we had a lovely time and would highly recommend staying here.

yetland farm cottages exceeded our expectations during this date night. the clean and well-equipped cottage had thoughtful touches like an alexa and netflix access. the location was peaceful, with beautiful views of the sea. we would definitely book again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Yetland Farm Cottages! The cottages were newly done, in superb condition, and felt very homely. The colorful and charming courtyard added to the overall charm. The open space, well-equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking meals, and the comfy living room and dining area were great for relaxing. The cottage provided all that we needed and more. The location was fantastic, with many beautiful spots nearby, perfect for exploring with our children. We also enjoyed buying organic farm eggs from the owner, a real bonus! we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Yetland Farm Cottages.

It felt like we were part of a family during our stay, as the hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. We honestly have nothing to complain about.

We had a fantastic stay at Yetland Farm Holiday Cottages. The location was perfect, with easy access to beautiful beaches like Saunton sands. The family who owns the cottages were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. They were also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom had decent sized towels. We absolutely loved the delicious eggs provided by the owner's chickens. One of the highlights for our grandson was feeding the piggies, which was so much fun. The play field and games room kept us entertained, and overall, it was a really nice place to stay. We especially appreciated the peace and quiet of the location, as it was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway.

The location of the cottages is stunning, with beautiful views of the countryside. The cottages themselves are well-maintained and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and cozy stay. The hosts are incredibly responsive and provide a comprehensive "Welcome Pack" for guests.

There was a slight issue with a bad smell coming from under the sink, possibly indicating a drain problem.

We had a fantastic stay at this holiday cottage. It was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The owners, Zak and his wife, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The cottage had a great range of facilities including a football area, tennis court, swings, adventure playground, and games room. It was perfect for families, but even as a couple, we had a lot of fun too. The location was superb, providing a great base to explore the surrounding area of North Devon. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the small touches like having toilet roll and dishwasher tabs provided. we were very impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the friendly and accommodating staff.
