I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the comfortable beds. the room had plenty of space to move around and the mattresses were of great quality, ensuring a good night's sleep. the kitchen facilities were also impressive, providing ample space to cook your own meals.

One aspect that I didn't particularly enjoy was the lack of bathroom amenities. I understand that it is a hostel, but I would have appreciated having some basic toiletries provided.

I recently stayed at Yha Berwick for 5 days and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, right in the city center and within walking distance to the train station. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options for my vegetarian diet. The twin bedroom with a private bathroom was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially in arranging transportation to the Holy Island. The atmosphere of the hostel was friendly and welcoming, making it easy to meet new people and make friends. I also enjoyed exploring the art gallery on the 5th floor. a great stay!

Wow, Yha Berwick was such fantastic value for money! The room was perfect for our family of five, with plenty of space to move around and really comfortable beds. The hostel is in an excellent location, right next to the walls and close to all the attractions in the area. The staff were great, very friendly and provided helpful information about what to do. We felt very secure with the key card access system. The decor in the cafe and reception was really nice, and there were lots of seating options to relax and read. it was a wonderful stay at Yha Berwick!

The hostel is situated on the harbour, offering beautiful views and the opportunity to take Berwick boat trips to see dolphins and seals. The YHA itself is set in an old granary, retaining its original features and creating a unique and charming atmosphere. The hostel is bright, clean, and serves as a social hub for both guests and non-guests, with exhibitions and events taking place on its two other floors. The small bar provides a variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, including water on tap. The availability of breakfast, lunches, and dinners, including options for vegetarians and vegans, is a great convenience.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel right in the centre of the city. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city on foot as it is right in the heart of Berwick. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities provided were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even pointed out where we could see Otters, although we unfortunately didn't get the chance to see them. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including individual power sockets and reading lights. The self-catering kitchen and common areas on the 5th floor were a great addition, and we also enjoyed visiting the on-site art gallery during the day.
