I had a fantastic experience at this hostel. the staff at Yha Chester Trafford Hall were welcoming and friendly, and the setting was far more beautiful than I expected for the price. the grounds were like an oasis of peace, with well-maintained gardens that added to the overall charm. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the mattresses provided a comfortable night's sleep. the highlight for my son was the bunk bed and the various amenities like the water drums, gardens with seating areas, and walking paths. Dinner at the hostel was delicious, with great home-cooked food. a great value for the price.

I had a fantastic one-night stay and I'm definitely going back with my wife next time. It was a brilliant find for the cost.

The surroundings were absolutely amazing, with a beautiful main hall and relaxing gardens. It felt like being in the middle of nowhere, in a safe and worry-free environment. the staff were lovely and accommodating, especially with my daughter who has autism. We also enjoyed the games room and self-catering facilities. It was a great opportunity for the kids to connect with nature.

The room and bathroom were not up to standard, with cleanliness issues and a bad smell. the beds were uncomfortable, and the overall decoration could use an update.
