The reception and recreation area were well-equipped with snooker, foosball, and board games, providing plenty of entertainment. The location was fantastic, within a short walking distance to the city center and close to public transportation options. The rooms were small but efficiently organized, with a private bathroom, power outlets, and ample storage space. As a solo traveler, I felt extremely safe and would highly recommend Yha Manchester for its great value and enjoyable stay.

The lack of air conditioning in the summer was unbearable, making the common areas and rooms uncomfortably hot. the noise from other guests was disruptive, and there was a lack of effort from the management to address the issue.

Had a great xmas stay in a centrally-located hostel. the breakfast and hot drinks were complementary - an added bonus. the shared room had a private lock for each individual and its own toilet. the hostel is also equipped with a well-maintained kitchen and separate shower facilities. Perfect for solo travelers, especially females. Noise levels vary, depending on the guests. Enjoyed meeting friendly hostel mates and loved how easy it was to hop on the tram to explore nearby attractions.

The toilet room was quite small and occasionally smelly. situated near a train line, there was a lot of noise from trains at the hostel.

The room amenities were top-notch, including heating and comfortable garden furniture. The shared kitchen was perfect for making our own meals, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. The staff at night early shift were friendly and helpful, always available at the reception desk.
