I had a fantastic stay at the Cocoa Suites in York. the apartment was well-equipped with amenities such as soap, detergent, and even products for the washing machine. they provided some delightful extras like chocolate, tea, and coffee. the kitchen and living space were comfortable and had everything I needed. the location was excellent, with the city center and Shambles area within walking distance.

The apartment was spacious with big windows which would be perfect in the summer. the room was clean, well-designed, modern, and had lots of space. the staff made a courtesy call the day before our arrival to ensure everything would go smoothly. the location was great, offering easy access to key attractions in the city.

There were a few issues that needed attention upon arrival, such as heating and hot water not working for the first night. However, the staff were helpful and resolved the issue promptly the following day.

our second stay in york was even better than the first. cocoa suites truly exceeded our expectations, with its excellent location, spotless and high standard finish, and peaceful environment. the kitchen, smart tv, and comfy beds were a plus, and the view of the river was lovely.

I recently stayed at a property in the center of York that was perfect for my needs. The Cocoa Suites were incredibly clean and just a short walk from the city center. As someone with a disability, I was able to navigate the walk easily. The view of the canal was absolutely amazing and added to the overall experience. The inside of the property was also well-maintained, with clean hallways and a modern bathroom. I appreciated the little welcome pack and the fact that the walls between rooms seemed to be soundproofed, as I couldn't hear any noise from other guests. The location felt safe, even when strolling along the canal late at night. it was a relaxing and peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of the town center.

The lack of clear emergency evacuation advice in the apartment during the fire alarm incident was concerning.
