The staff member who greeted me was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

It was super convenient to be able to walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, always willing to provide recommendations and assist with any inquiries. Another great aspect was the price. It was a budget-friendly option, which was perfect for my business trip.

One major downside of this hotel was the lack of a lift. I stayed on one of the top floors and it was quite a workout to climb all those stairs after a long day of meetings.

The location of the B&B was fantastic, just a few steps away from the tram terminus and in a beautiful area. This made it very convenient for exploring central Edinburgh and for arriving and departing by air. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing assistance whenever needed. the fact that the B&B was close to the main bus station was also a plus point.

Noise was a bit of an issue during my stay. There was construction work going on behind the property and it started early in the morning, disrupting the peace.
