The apartment was clean and new, which was a positive aspect. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating, easily extending our stay. The location was fantastic, with easy walking distance to town and beautiful views of the river.

The lift was out of order during our stay, which was a major inconvenience, especially when we had to carry heavy suitcases up three flights of stairs. the paid parking availability was limited to only one hour directly outside the accommodation, which was quite inconvenient for guests with cars.

We had a great time staying at these well-located apartments for a weekend getaway. The layout was fantastic, and we loved the sun-filled terrace. The place felt bright, fresh, and newly renovated. The communication before check-in was above average, ensuring a smooth arrival. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the price was reasonable for our family of six. Highly recommend for a convenient, clean, and enjoyable experience.

My recent stay at the riverside apartments was fantastic. The location was excellent, right by the riverside and close to all the main pubs and bars. The apartment itself was really modern and clean, with all the facilities we needed. Checking in was a breeze with the lockbox system, and having only one key for our group was convenient. The dishwasher was a lifesaver for our group meals.

There were a few drawbacks. there was no air conditioning in the apartment, which made it uncomfortable during hot weather.

They even accommodated us early, which was important for my family. The location is perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do in the area. I stayed at a fabulous apartment by the river in York with 3 friends for a birthday night out. The host was exceptional at communicating before our stay and made the check-in process easy to navigate. We were even allowed to check in earlier than usual, which was a great bonus. The apartment itself was spotless and absolutely amazing. The beds were super comfy, and the decor was beautiful. We also loved the extra touch of having a dulce gusto machine for a delicious cuppa in the morning. it was a fantastic experience in a convenient location.
