The apartment at Kennet House Superior Serviced Apartment By Ferndale was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The double glazing effectively blocked out any noise from the nearby main road. We were pleasantly surprised to find a generous supply of morning essentials like cereal, milk, tea, and coffee. The bathrooms were clean and bright, with lovely toiletries provided. The hosts were attentive and even provided a brand new high chair and cot for our baby. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at the serviced apartment. The spacious and clean apartment provided a warm and comfortable environment. Despite being near the main road, the double glazing effectively blocked out any traffic noise. We were pleased to find a selection of breakfast items, such as cereal, milk, tea, and coffee. The tablet provided with a wealth of information and the convenient 'checking in' app were a nice touch. The bathrooms were bright and clean, and we appreciated the nice toiletries provided. Being only a 15-minute drive from the city center with plenty of parking available, the location was excellent. We would highly recommend this place.

Stayed at a superior serviced apartment, and Kennet House by Ferndale was a lifesaver! The customer service was top-notch, and the apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, and despite being located in the center of the city, it was surprisingly quiet. The location was perfect for exploring and had all the amenities, train station, and restaurants nearby. Will definitely be coming back!

The apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being near a main road, the double glazing effectively blocked out any traffic noise. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the breakfast supplies and the tablet with useful information. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with nice toiletries. The location was convenient, with easy access to the town and plenty of parking available. Highly recommended!

Good location, close to city center. Rooms could use a refresh, need painting. Living room needs blinds for TV watching. Sofa worn, needs new cushions. Excellent customer service, accommodating for families with baby. Will return.
