Super clean, excellent location. Bus stop nearby, walking distance to tube stations. Queen room is tight, but great value for the price and location. Staff and cleanliness are excellent.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated in a boutique-hotel style. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The hotel is conveniently located close to several underground stations, making it easy to travel around this city. It is also within walking distance to Bond St station and many popular sightseeing sites. The breakfast at the hotel was a great value for money, with a hot breakfast bowl and unlimited access to a buffet offering a variety of options such as bread, fruit, yogurt, and granola.

The value for money at The Z Hotel was fantastic. The room was exactly like the pictures, clean and modern. The location was great, just a short walk from Oxford Street. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, as there was only one eight seater table available and it was often full.

I stayed at the Z Hotel Gloucester Place for a few extra nights and loved it. The staff was friendly and professional, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with thoughtful touches like a coffee and tea station. The complimentary wine and cheese event every evening was a delightful treat. The hotel's interior design was beautiful and luxurious, creating a bright and positive atmosphere. The location was convenient, with plenty of good restaurants just a short walk away.

The location in Marlyebone was perfect, and I loved being able to easily explore the area. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the free water that was available whenever I needed it. Despite being in the basement level, the room was still well-designed and allowed natural light to come in. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure that I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing value for money! Our stay at Z Hotel At Gloucester Place was absolutely incredible. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Oxford Street and close to public transportation. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the free wine and cheese in the evenings and the friendly, communal atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting London.

Great location, near Baker Street Tube. Spacious and pleasant basement room. Glass bottle of mineral water and good quality coffee bags provided. Also, a hairdryer was available. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed here over Easter and couldn't believe how amazing it was for the price. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main shopping street. the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. One of the best things about our stay was the complimentary wine and cheese offered in the evenings - such a lovely touch! the room itself was beautiful, with a comfortable queen bed and a huge flat-screen TV with all the channels we could want. We loved every second of our stay here!

There were a few things that were not so great about our stay. the first room we were given was a bit dirty and had some stains and a funky smell.

The hotel had a great location, close to all the key attractions. We were able to easily walk to all the tourist spots we wanted to visit. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. the rooms were nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was quite small, with limited space to move around. It was difficult to access the double bed as it could only be reached from one side.

The rooms in a separate building provided more privacy and a quieter atmosphere. The hotel had a lift to all floors and strong, fast wifi. The TV had Sky and was a smart TV. it was a fantastic stay for low-budget travelers like us.
