We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even changed our room to accommodate our request for a proper closet. We felt safe and warm during our entire stay, and the hotel's convenient location made exploring the city a breeze. Being close to the metro and just a short walk from the city center and Podil area allowed us to easily access all the attractions and amenities we desired. The recently renovated hotel had a modern and fresh feel, and we especially loved the well-equipped gym located in the basement.

The hotel looked clean and new, with a modern style. the lobby had some cool pop art and the staff was very friendly. We also appreciated the good value for money, especially for a family stay. Plus, we could easily find some local transportation nearby to explore the city.

The hotel wifi didn't work well and the room was small with no minibar or coffee/tea facilities. the location wasn't great and it took us a while to reach the city center due to road repair works.
