Friendly staff, efficient service, excellent English skills. Quality WIFI, modern, clean room with superb bathroom. Well-lit with twin basins. Complimentary water. Good breakfast, well-presented despite lacking a proper restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city centre, allowing us to easily explore the old city. The staff provided excellent service, from the receptionists who were professional and went the extra mile, to the security person who spoke fluent English and made us feel safe. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large and cozy bed. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, with a combined bath and shower. The free Wi-Fi was of good quality, and we were provided with complimentary water. we were impressed with the comfort and amenities offered at this hotel.

This place is highly recommended for families.

The breakfast offered is great, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel provides a nice boutique feel and a pleasant stay.

The curtains in the rooms are not blackout curtains, allowing some light to pour in.

The hotel had a great location in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always offering suggestions for things to see and do. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning.

There were a couple of minor issues that detracted from the overall experience. we found that the bathroom could have been better stocked with towels and toilet paper.
