The service at Bon Apart was excellent and the room upgrade for our suitcases was much appreciated. The spacious, beautifully designed apartment was clean and the early breakfast service was convenient for our early flight. The hotel is cozy and well connected with the city center and the airport. The small on-site restaurant served good quality food. the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose to stay at Bon Apart again when in Kiev.

Our Christmas stay was enjoyable mainly because of the complementary drinks and snacks provided by the hotel. We also liked the fact that it was located near popular shopping spots and restaurants. the room was spacious and well-maintained.

the heating system in our room was not working efficiently making our stay uncomfortable. Lastly, the food service was very basic and not up to the mark.
