I recently stayed at Bontiak Hotel for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is located in a quiet area, right in the heart of the old city center. The breakfast was delicious and delivered to my room. The room itself was spotlessly clean and spacious, with modern amenities and a refrigerator. Parking was available, which was a big plus. Additionally, there were numerous historical sites within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in a perfect location for exploring the city- right in the heart of the most beautiful area. the staff were some of the nicest and most helpful I have encountered, making my stay truly special. the rooms were clean and more spacious than I was anticipating, making for a comfortable stay. Two complementary facts offered included breakfast, which had a variety of excellent quality dishes, and the option for a later check-out was a bonus.

Although everything was clean, the room could have used a bit of updating. the heating was through the use of air-conditioning, which wasn't the most comfortable experience, but it was tolerable.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. Our room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with nice touches like slippers and a mini bar. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast served to our room was convenient. Although there were a few minor inconveniences, like the lack of a bar or restaurant, overall I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Kyiv.

Ik had een fantastisch verblijf in dit hotel. De kamers waren schoon en mooi ingericht, en het hotel zelf zag er heel nieuw uit. De locatie was perfect om Friedrichshain te verkennen, met het openbaar vervoer en het treinstation in de buurt. Ik kon gemakkelijk overal komen en zelfs een deel van de Berlijnse muur lag op slechts 50 meter afstand. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Niets verwerpelijk, het was perfect.
