Centrally located with easy access to universities, museums, and the opera house. 24-hour kitchen availability, ideal for late-night snacking. Under floor heating in the bathroom and comfortable bathrobes provided. Friendly staff who remember your preferences, especially at breakfast. Excellent breakfast buffet with changing options daily.

Great location! Close to all the shops and restaurants. the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast had a variety of options to choose from.

The staff was not friendly and seemed uninterested in helping guests. the bed was extremely uncomfortable and did not offer any support.

The hotel had an excellent, quiet location in the city centre. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great hot shower. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and efficient. The breakfast was great, and the hotel provided special services like airport transfers. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the very center of the city. It is situated on a quiet street, which guarantees a peaceful night's sleep. The staff, from the manager to the maids, were all incredible and went out of their way to make our experience excellent. They were attentive, polite, and always ready to help. The room amenities were top-notch, with a mini-bar, a sitting area, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. The hotel also had free Wi-Fi and a car park, which was very convenient for us.

I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to the city. You will not be disappointed.

The breakfast at Chichikov was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options including fresh fruits and hot meals. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel had a charming atmosphere with a Gogol theme. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel provided all necessary facilities. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.
