The value for money at this hotel was great - I got a spacious, clean room with a nice bathroom. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the places I wanted to visit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English.

The breakfast option could be improved - it seemed a bit overpriced for what was offered.

My spouse and I stayed at this lovely hotel for over 6 nights and we had an amazing experience. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was cleaned daily and the sheets and towels were always fresh. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city on foot. We were even offered a choice of complimentary airport transfer, sauna, or dinner. I highly recommend this hotel for both families and business travelers.

Had a fantastic time spending my Xmas at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making for a comfortable and welcoming environment. the amenities provided were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and clean swimming pool. the hotel was perfectly located within walking distance to local attractions and key transportation hubs.

I did find that some of the hotel staff were occasionally hard to communicate with and that not all of my requests were promptly fulfilled. while there were some areas for improvement, I still had a great time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were not only polite and understanding, but also very friendly and helpful in all our questions and desires. The rooms were renovated, big, modern, and clean, with some even offering a small sea view. The location was great, just a 2-minute walk from the Opera house and close to the city center with all its attractions. The breakfast buffet was of great quality, offering a wide selection and choice of breakfast types. We could also order special dishes like a variety of omelettes or eggs cooked to our liking. The coffee and service were excellent as well.

I had a great business trip to Odessa and stayed at a hotel with a superb location in the heart of the city. It was very convenient as I could easily walk to most sites and shopping areas. the breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They made me feel welcome and went out of their way to assist me with any queries I had.

One downside I experienced during my stay was the lack of physical locks on the room doors. Although there was an electronic key card system, it made me feel a bit unsafe.

The reception staff were amazing, accommodating our special request with short notice. The rooms were spacious, clean, with high ceilings. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nightlife, restaurants, and beautiful architecture. We enjoyed our time by the beach, especially at Ibiza Beach Club.
