During my recent stay at Gallery Hotel Gintama, I had an incredible experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with modern and well-equipped rooms. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from popular attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, especially Maria and Anna who were very kind and helpful. I had lost my cell phone, but with their assistance, they managed to secure its return, which I thought was impossible. The breakfast provided was decent, and the coffee was simply amazing. The air conditioning and heating worked perfectly, and any issues were promptly addressed by the on-site staff.

What a great city break! the hotel was in a fantastic location, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. the reception staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We particularly liked the unique design of the reception hall and the interesting breakfast options offered.

The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovation, especially the carpet. It would have been great to have a hot water kettle in the room.
