Conveniently situated in the center and close to the main pedestrian street, with a bus stop right in front of the building. Friendly and helpful staff, with English speakers at the front desk. Comfortable rooms with mini-fridges. Good value for money with a delicious breakfast, including vegetarian options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was smack in the center of town, making it very convenient to explore Lutsk and enjoy the nearby restaurants. The prices were affordable and offered great value for money. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with windows away from the main street, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay even with the windows wide open. My room at Hotel Complex Ukraine was exceptionally clean and newly renovated. The spacious Deluxe Double/Twin room had a huge TV and all the amenities I needed, including slippers and shampoo. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center with convenient access to food stores, cafes, and a shopping mall. The breakfast options were delicious, even though it wasn't a buffet. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Complex Ukraine and would highly recommend it.

Spending New Year's at this hotel was a great experience. the breakfast was top-notch with a wide variety of options and the room was clean and spacious. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transportation and all the main attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, making recommendations and providing directions when needed.

The hotel had some negative aspects that took away from the experience. the heating didn't work properly in some areas of the hotel, which made areas like the lobby and the hallways very cold.
