The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us with transportation to the train station. They provided us with the necessary information and even called a driver for us when Uber wouldn't accept the hotel's address. The security guard was especially helpful during this situation.

This hotel is a great value for money, with cheap amenities and all the facilities you need. The staff is friendly and the location is ideal, close to the airport and railway station. The air-conditioning works well and breakfast is included.

Enjoyed New Year's Eve in a great hotel with fantastic complementary food and drinks. the location was just a stone's throw away from the airport, which meant there was no stress about getting to the airport on time. the hotel provided a shuttle service that was very convenient. the room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. the staff was also very courteous and always ready to help.

The walls were quite thin, which meant that noise from other guests could be heard. When some guests decided to party loudly in the middle of the night, it was very disruptive and made it hard to sleep.

breakfast disappointing

We recently stayed at a hotel near the airport and had a fantastic experience. the staff was incredibly helpful and attended to our every need. They even arranged a late checkout for us and organized a reasonably priced taxi to the train station so we didn't have to wait in the cold. There was a convenient shopping mall just 300 meters away and it was great for grabbing supplies and food. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again in the near future and will continue to choose it every time we visit Ukraine.

We also appreciated the transfer service to the airport, which was on time and hassle-free. we were impressed with Old Port Hotel and would definitely stay here again during our next visit to Ukraine.
