We chose Plazma for its central location, allowing us to easily explore the old town and take quick breaks at the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. They even stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room was comfortably warm with always hot water. And a special mention for the employee who prepared a package with a full breakfast for our early check-out. Such a thoughtful gesture!

Stayed here for New Year, and we were pleasantly surprised by the two complementary bottles of water and chocolate left in our room. the hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk away from the main square and surrounded by great restaurants. the staff were very helpful and provided us with maps and recommendations of things to do in the area, overall making our stay much more enjoyable.

There were a few negative aspects. the entrance to the hotel was difficult to find, and we had to navigate through the busy pedestrian area with our luggage.
