The beds are comfortable with two big pillows. The staff is very nice, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast, though simple, is tasty. I am very pleased with this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The property is neat and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay.

the staff was incredibly nice and kind, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the hotel was very clean, and our room had all the necessary amenities including a bathroom and TV. Being situated in the center of Lviv allowed us to easily explore popular attractions like the OOpera and Rynok Square. there was a convenient shop nearby where we could print tickets or any necessary documents.

The lack of elevator, which made it difficult for my partner who had a minor mobility issue. It was a bit of a challenge to climb up and down the stairs several times a day.
