We had a great experience at this hotel in Kharkov. The location was perfect, with many good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated, and the room had a good view. The breakfast was excellent with a vast selection. a comfortable and convenient stay.

Had a pretty decent Christmas experience. Loved the complimentary chocolates & champagne for Christmas. The location was key, right in the heart of the city near all the shops and restaurants. Bonus points for the balcony view with an amazing sunset.

The heating in the room wasn't working properly which made it quite chilly at night. , the breakfast was overpriced and not worth it.
