Room service was quick and very tasty!

my stay was a JOKE! first, the check-in took forever, then my room had a lipstick-stained sheet, yuck! also, the sauna wasn't even warm enough when I wanted to relax. you’d think with these issues, they’d offer me an upgrade, but nope, just more disappointment! almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn't.

Great location near Maidan Nezalezhnosti.

My check-in experience was infuriating. I had to wait for ages before anyone showed up at the desk. The room was in disgusting condition with a stained bed sheet and a used alcohol wrapper left behind by the previous guest. Overall, I left feeling extremely dissatisfied with the lack of cleanliness and maintenance.

Very clean rooms with great access to a nearby metro station and relaxing sauna facilities.

The restaurant is closed, and breakfast limitations can be frustrating. Also, some areas of the hotel were under renovation, which detracted from the overall charm.

Just a prime choice for a walk in the evening in Kyiv with good value considering the price it charged. The chicken dish at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, but the mashed potatoes were cold. Try to avoid the first floor if you're sensitive to cigarette smoke from the corridors.

Central to Kyiv's attractions, the staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, making it a cozy stay. The spacious rooms provided comfort, though I noticed an unpleasant odor in the elevator. Having a generator ensured I had air conditioning during power cuts, which was reassuring.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, including complimentary breakfast that offered a variety of delicious options and a well-maintained fitness center available for guests who prefer to stay active.

I had a superb stay with a clean standard double room and enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet. However, the elevator smelled of smoke, which was unpleasant. Definitely coming back!

The gym facilities, the spa services, the breakfast variety was truly exceptional.
