The Kiev 365 Park Hotel provided excellent database services and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. They offered transfer services to and from the railway station or airport, and their restaurant had a great selection of delicious food. The staff was extremely helpful and always greeted us with a smile.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was a great experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our needs - close to the city center and easy to reach by public transportation. The occasional noise from neighboring rooms, which disrupted our sleep on a few occasions. the shower pressure wasn't as strong as we would have liked it, but it didn't ruin our overall experience.
