Great location at Independence Square.

The hotel is quite dated and shows wear. I noticed there was a stain on the sheet in my room which was unsettling. While the buffet breakfast had a good variety, I found the hot items, like the eggs, were surprisingly cold when I tried them. It left a lot to be desired for the price I paid.

Sure, the location near Independence Square was just grand! Easy access to the metro and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. But, I found the bathroom a bit dated and using the hairdryer was a right nuisance. Overall, a mighty choice for budget travelers!

Breakfast had an amazing variety, with fresh local dishes and delicious pastries. Wifi was reliable throughout my stay, which helped plan my outings. Housekeeping was thorough, ensuring everything was clean. No bottled water provided, but there's a café down stairs. Staff were courteous and spoke some English, but communication was tricky at times. For a budget stay, it exceeded my expectations!

The café on the first floor was great, but why no water in the room? It's like getting served tea without biscuits—utterly scandalous!

However, the elevator operated slowly, and the only view from the room was of a nearby fast-food outlet. Additionally, having to use my phone for room service was slightly inconvenient without a direct line to hotel staff.

The elevators are a bit inconsistent. one was not working during my stay.

Housekeeping did a great job. the restaurant had fantastic prices and a varied menu. staff were friendly and spoke English, making everything easy. located in the city center, it's perfect for exploring.

The elevator could be faster, and a water bottle in the room would have been nice.
