The room itself was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a double bath tub with a jacuzzi. I also appreciated the well-stocked minibar and the cleanliness of the room. The location was convenient, just 2km from the city center, and Uber was an affordable transportation option. The staff at the hotel were friendly, spoke English, and were always eager to assist with any requests. The restaurant, decorated in a traditional style, served excellent and freshly made food. Although there was a bit of a wait for meals, it was definitely worth it.

Spent Xmas break at a hotel in Lviv city center. Loved the festive atmosphere with beautiful decorations and carol singers adding cheer. Found some great deals at local shops and enjoyed exploring the city's historic buildings. the hotel staff member was very friendly and welcoming. We had a great view of the city from our room, which was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed.

The breakfast could have been more varied, but it was filling. the location was a bit of a walk from some attractions, but we enjoyed the exercise and fresh air.

From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service making us feel like VIP guests. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre were luxurious with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. The in-room breakfast was top-notch, and the breakfast restaurant was a fantastic addition to the package. The location was perfect, with the city centre within walking distance, and live entertainment during dinner brought our evening to life.

While the massage service was excellent, our only minor issue was related to the beauty treatment. The manicure and pedicure services were advertised online, but they were not available during our visit.
