Lovely stay in a fabulous hotel close to everything yet far from any traffic noise. The tastefully decorated hotel had two nice restaurants and was close to several others. The exercise room and spa were really nice. Lots of cafes, shops, and beautiful buildings nearby. I have had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Spending Easter in a hotel was a new adventure for us, but we loved it. the Easter eggs and chocolates in the room were a charming touch, and the special Easter brunch they prepared made our day. the location of the hotel was perfect for us to explore the city without needing transportation. We especially enjoyed the cozy courtyard where we could relax and chat over a cup of coffee.

While we had a lovely stay, there were a couple of minor things that could have been better. Our room was missing some basic amenities like slippers and bathrobes.

The hotel's location in the center of Lviv is perfect for exploring the city. It is right by the market square, so you have easy access to all the shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for guests.

The WiFi in the hotel was very slow, which was a bit frustrating for guests who needed to stay connected during their stay.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities provided in the room were truly indulgent. the Spa & wellness centre was fantastic, providing high-quality spa treatments that left me feeling pampered. the Sauna, Jacuzzi, Massage, Spa lounge and Beauty treatment were all highly beneficial and added to my overall enjoyment. the location was also convenient, with many restaurants and shopping options nearby. the service was exceptional and the staff were always ready to help with any requests or needs.

While everything was impressive, one minor issue was the size of the room and bathroom. They were a bit small, so I had to adjust to the limited space and storage options.
