The view from the 12th floor was absolutely stunning, especially of the Opera House. Despite the language barrier, the staff made an effort to greet us and were appreciative of our attempts to communicate. The common kitchen near the reception was well-stocked with necessary kitchen equipment and supplies. The hotel provided Wi-Fi and the room was clean and comfortable.

Elevator was scary to use.
