What a pleasant surprise! The room and bathroom were spotless, with a comfy bed. The free drinking water in the corridor saved me money. The hotel's location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the metro station. The socialistic era atmosphere, especially the elevator, added a unique touch. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I stayed here twice because the price and location were fantastic. The second night, the internet worked flawlessly, thanks to the attentive reception staff. The Junior-Suite had a better internet connection than the Luxury-Suite but both were impeccably clean and spacious. The hotel's location near metro stations and the central bus station was convenient.

Despite some language barriers, the staff made use of translation apps to communicate effectively.

The hotel Mir Kyiv exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the location. The hotel is situated in a nice area, close to a park where I could relax and enjoy some fresh air. Additionally, being next to a metro station was incredibly convenient. With just a short walk, I could easily access the city center and explore all that Kyiv has to offer. The staff at the hotel were attentive and provided good service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room, such as the fridge and bath, were a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast provided was a great way to start the day.

Not only that, but there were also plenty of amenities in close proximity, such as a supermarket, two restaurants, and even a beauty salon. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the breakfast options, giving us a great start to our days. The views from our room were breathtaking, with glimpses of the bustling city down below. the hotel offered several facilities and room advantages, such as a cloakroom to store our baggage even after check-out. it was a memorable experience that exceeded our expectations.

That the hotel lacked a heating system in the winter months, resulting in a chilly room temperature.

The rooms were very beautifully furnished and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was right next to an underground station. there was freely available cold and hot water that we could drink from, which was refreshing after a long day exploring the city.

The hotel was situated quite far from the city centre and main tourist attractions, which meant that it took us a good 20 minutes or more to get anywhere. This was quite inconvenient and made it difficult to make the most of our time in the city.

What a positive change compared to the first night in the hotel. We had to stay a second night because the internet did not work the first night, so we couldn't book our flights. However, the staff at Reception, especially the new Trainee, could not have been more helpful. The internet connection in the Junior-Suite was much better than the Luxury-Suite we had the night before. The room was beautifully clean, quiet, and relatively large, with a small bathtub. The hotel is conveniently located near two metro stations and the central bus station.
