The hotel is conveniently located, close to shops and within walking distance of the main attractions in the city center. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a clean, well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, always friendly and attentive. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the view from the restaurant was lovely.

The door service could be more consistent in opening the door for guests.

Spent New Year's at a hotel in Lviv and had an incredible experience. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. the staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make my stay special. They even surprised me with a birthday cake and a bottle of wine on my birthday. the rooms were beautifully decorated with attention to detail, creating a charming and cozy atmosphere.

The breakfast offerings were a bit limited, which is a common issue in Ukraine. the shower head in my room had an uneven flow, which was a bit inconvenient.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The spa and wellness centre provided an excellent full body massage and rejuvenating body scrub. The sauna, Turkish bath, and steam room were top-notch and the location advantage made it very convenient.

The lackluster service was the only downside of my stay. The restaurant buffet did not cater to my dietary requirements as advertised and the in-room breakfast was not up to par.
