This central location makes it incredibly convenient to explore the historic part of the city and visit major tourist attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a satisfying start to the day with a variety of options to choose from.

There was no room service available, which meant guests had to take care of their own rooms and make their own beds.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are well-equipped with all the amenities you need, including big windows on the top floor for a stunning view. The breakfast provided is delicious and the perfect start to the day.

The breakfast was a great surprise, with a lot of options that filled me up fast. the location is right where you'd want to be, being very close to all the sightseeing places and important cafes. the room was well-equipped with many utilities which seemed appealing.

As I roamed around the place, I felt that the hotel lacked the lovely vibe that usually comes with staying in a cozy or stylish place. It lacked warmth making the experience feel cold and quite uninviting.

The Opera Passage Hotel exceeded all expectations! The central location, warm water, and functioning internet were fantastic. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and both the reception staff and breakfast staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room had an incredible view from the panoramic window, and the design was simply beautiful. This hotel is perfect for families.

Felt completely satisfied, no complaints whatsoever.
