Premier Hotel Palazzo was the perfect place to recover and rest after a long journey on icy roads. The staff was professional and helpful, the rooms were lovely and respectfully decorated, and the breakfast surpassed all expectations. I would love to have the opportunity to stay at this amazing hotel again.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location in the city center was perfect for exploring and yet it was in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. We really appreciated the room service and the fact that the rooms were always clean and well-equipped.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Easter was amazing at this hotel. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of tasty dishes to choose from, which was perfect for such an important holiday. The location was also ideal, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the festivities. the staff was incredibly courteous and friendly which made our stay even more enjoyable.

That the room was a bit dated and could have used some freshening up. Some of the furniture looked a little worn and the bathroom could have used a deep clean.
