We had a wonderful stay at Premier. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Our room on a high floor with a balcony was excellent, and the added touch of arranged flowers made it even more special. The location was perfect for exploring shops and bars, and as first-timers, we found it easy to navigate. The rooftop restaurant, Atmosphere, provided a beautiful sunset dinner experience. This was our fourth stay at Premier, and once again, the service was excellent. Many thanks to the staff, especially Irina, Maria, and Elena, for their graciousness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

As young families, we loved the spacious rooms, holiday decorations, and fast elevators. The rooftop restaurant, Atmosphere, provided a beautiful sunset dinner experience. The spa, pool, and gym on the ground floor were fantastic. The staff were always super helpful, arranging flowers in our room and providing excellent room service. The location was excellent for shops and bars, with easy walking and navigation for first-timers.

We had a minor issue with our room, but the hotel staff quickly addressed it and moved us to a better one without any hesitation. Their prompt response and willingness to resolve the situation impressed us. I highly recommend this hotel.

As adventure travelers, we loved the fantastic rooftop terrace and spa facilities at Premier Palace Hotel. The view from the rooftop was breathtaking, and the spa offered a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city.

Had a great New Year's experience! the hotel's staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Loved the complimentary breakfast and the tea/coffee service available 24/7. the location was perfect, with easy access to the city's main attractions, and the hotel's shuttle bus was an added plus.

Only downside was that the extra services offered by the hotel were quite expensive. We opted to eat out for dinner instead of paying for the hotel's dinner package, which was quite costly.

The prices for some services in the hotel are quite high.

Centrally located, good WiFi, clean room with helpful room cleaning staff. Beautifully designed lobby, efficient GM and desk service.

From the moment I arrived, I could tell that this hotel was all about luxury. The room was nothing short of spectacular, with exclusive amenities like a private jacuzzi and a spacious shower. The Spa & wellness centre was a great addition to my stay as well, with a variety of treatments and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure that my needs were met.

The restaurant service was not up to par. Although the food was delicious and well-presented, it took a long time to arrive, and the dining area was quite crowded.
