I had an excellent stay at a cosy and clean hotel in a great location. The staff at the reception were polite and helpful. I requested a room on the highest floor and they accommodated my request, placing me on the 7th floor. The room and bathroom were clean and had complimentary toiletries, 2 bottles of water, and a tea/coffee station. The breakfast included in my stay was worth it, with a buffet offering a variety of cheeses, sausages, cereals, and breads. I particularly enjoyed ordering a delicious omelette and tasty cottage cheese pancakes with honey and sour cream from the waiter. I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience at this hotel.

We had a great stay at this place, located at the heart of the city centre and in the lovely district of Podil. We loved the fact that it is in close proximity to many excellent restaurants and interesting places to visit. The service here is top-notch, with staff who have great customer service skills. The amenities in the room were great, including soundproofing, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. We also had access to a leisure room that offered treatments such as full-body massages, beauty treatments, and manicures.

Family, you should definitely consider this hotel!

The hotel is located close to the river, offering a nice view of St Andrews. It is also near many interesting places to visit and the city center. Additionally, there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

The staff had a relaxed attitude towards mask wearing, which was disconcerting.

We enjoyed the complementary wine and chocolates in our room upon arrival, and the view from our window was amazing! the hotel was located in the heart of the city, just a short walk to all the best restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and accommodating and made our stay very pleasant.

Our romantic getaway was quickly dampened by the uncomfortable bed and scratchy sheets. We also found the room to be quite small and cramped, without enough space to properly unpack and relax.
