the elevator was partly operational, and getting to the 6th floor was a struggle. I also noticed that the breakfast options were shockingly minimal for the price. As someone who stays at hotels all the time, I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but alas, I was treated like any regular guest. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The staff are really friendly and made me feel at home. Brekkie was lekker with loads of tasty options, and I was stoked about the comfy beds—it's hard to find that good sleep! Plus, the location is top notch for exploring the city.

The shower could use a bit of TLC—water pressure wasn’t great at times.

The two showers in the bathroom were a luxurious touch, while Marina's personal assistance made the trip seamless and enjoyable. Breakfast options, though good, could use more variety for hot meals.

Bathroom privacy is a concern due to clear glass partitions!!! Internet connectivity issues made working challenging!!! Room maintenance and cleanliness need more attention!!!

The Premium Double Room was comfy with a nice view, lots of amenities like a flat-screen TV, coffee machine, and a great shower. Clean and quiet. The fitness center was a big plus. Breakfast was decent but better to explore Podil's food scene. Staff was super helpful too!

The historical location enhances your stay immensely.

The location is fabulous, with easy access to all major sights. The room was spacious, but it felt a bit dated. Breakfast options were decent but not remarkable, suggesting a stroll outside for more choices might be wise. Service was friendly, yet some areas lacked cleanliness. A mixed bag overall.

Friendly staff helped with luggage storage and the fitness center was really nice. Room pillows needed improvement.

The room was a junior suite, man, it felt like the Savoy in mini, wall to wall carpets and two TVs gave me that real luxury vibe. Every morning, I woke up to a superb breakfast that was just fantastic with everything you’d want, good stuff. Besides, Marina at the reception was a lifesaver, booked my taxi to the airport and made sure everything was set, she had a smile on her face at every turn.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but you get what you pay for, and this was worth it.

The hotel is well-located for family adventures, and we enjoyed a fun festival in Podil. The rooms were spacious, and the underground parking was convenient for our large family. The atmosphere was great for relaxing with kiddo after a busy day exploring.

Had a great group vacation! The breakfast was awesome with plenty of options to satisfy everyone. We enjoyed two local festivals while in the area, and the comfy rooms made our stay even better. Plus, there are loads of restaurants and a supermarket nearby for convenience.

Only downside was the internet issues for a few hours, but the staff let us use a personal computer, which was helpful.

I especially enjoyed relaxing in the nicely-equipped gym and the cozy leisure room with some cool games. Just a heads up, my luggage retrieval experience was a bit rough, but overall, I'd say it's definitely worth a visit! 😊
