We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city center. We were able to easily explore all the historical sights just steps away from this beautiful hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a delicious and wide variety of options, ensuring a great start to our day. This place truly enhanced our experience in this vibrant city.

This hotel is located in the very center of the old city, making it convenient to explore all the main sights on foot. Guests can easily walk to Plaza Rynok and other historical landmarks. The rooms are well-maintained and cozy, with quality interior. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy different tastes. Additionally, there is tea and coffee available 24/7.

One drawback is that there is no restaurant available in the evening, but there are dining options nearby.

We had a great Xmas. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable with a selection of bread, cheese, and fresh fruits. The location was great, walking distance from the market square and surrounded by historic buildings. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and good heating system.

The room lacked proper lighting, making it difficult to read at night. The bathroom had weak water pressure and the temperature was also inconsistent.
