Spent a lovely Xmas break in this hotel. the rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. the staff was friendly, and they provided fresh towels and toiletries daily. the location was great, just a short walk to popular attractions and restaurants. the hotel also offered a delicious breakfast buffet and free Wi-Fi.

The hotel did have a few issues. the elevators were slow, and sometimes we had to take the stairs.

She went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, answering our questions and assisting with translations. the hotel had a nice design, with a quasi baroque style and interesting tapestries. It was quiet despite being close to the city center. We were lucky to get a room with a view of the Olympic stadium. the cleanliness was also impressive, and the cleaning staff did a good job after we provided specific instructions on what needed to be cleaned.
