The rooms are in great condition and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. I had a wonderful stay at this stylish hotel with warm and clean rooms. the check-in process was fast and hassle-free, thanks to the professional and polite staff. I particularly appreciated that fluent English was spoken throughout the hotel and restaurant. the food was delicious and reasonably priced. I have stayed here multiple times and I will definitely be returning in the near future. A special shoutout to Natalya for her warm welcome and excellent service. She truly makes this hotel shine.

Convenient location close to the main road, which was great for our road trip. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the rooms were clean and cozy, giving us a comfortable stay.

On check-in, we were charged an additional tax that wasn't mentioned beforehand, which was an unwelcome surprise. we experienced some issues with hot water, sometimes waiting a while for it to get hot, and the bathroom had a bad smell sometimes.
