Cozy chalet, nice restaurant, forest, air, tasty pancakes at breakfast. Enjoyed spa center and gym. Don't miss hiking trails.

Great place to relax and enjoy the pine forest surroundings. The heated swimming pools and state-of-the-art buildings add to the luxurious experience. The breakfast selection, including Ukrainian dishes, was excellent.

One situation that happened to me was that I had to book a table in advance at the restaurant. Although it may seem like an inconvenience, it actually ensured that we had a table reserved for us and didn't have to wait.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the forest. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful pine trees and a serene pond right next to the restaurant. The hotel facilities are state of the art and the interiors are modern and stylish. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool and the relaxing fragrance of the pine trees in the air. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food and delicious coffee from an Italian coffee-machine.

The resort is situated in a beautiful green area, perfect for nature lovers. the spa and pool areas are nicely designed and well maintained. We really appreciated the extra option to pay for a late check-out. It allowed us to make the most out of our weekend getaway.

Communication with the staff was difficult as they primarily spoke Russian and Ukrainian. We found the dining options limited and overpriced.

From the stunning nature surrounding the property, to the wonderful spa and friendly staff, everything was perfect. The rooms were comfortable and stylishly designed, with luxurious furniture and spacious bathrooms. The restaurant, with its delicious food and stylish interior, was a highlight. I also appreciated the little touches, like free filtered water in the corridors and the staff's attentiveness, such as safely storing my forgotten phone. it was the best hotel experience I've had in Ukraine, and I can't wait to come back.
