I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I loved being able to easily explore all the shops and supermarkets nearby. The staff were incredibly polite and always went above and beyond to assist me. The room was spacious and comfortably furnished, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I particularly enjoyed the huge bathtub in the suite, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was a nice way to start the day. the service and facilities here were top-notch.

Our stay at Viva Hotel was a pleasant one. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The room we stayed in was spacious and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast served to the room was fresh and tasty, with a delicious omelette, dark bread, tomatoes, and warm chicken. We also appreciated the good internet connection and the option to work in the lobby/bar. The hotel's location in the center of Kharkiv was perfect, with numerous cafes and restaurants just steps away. I would recommend this hotel for its great service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

Restrictions: My only minor drawback was that the coffee could have been better, but that's just a personal preference.

The breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a variety of options to choose from. it was a pleasant experience with excellent facilities.

I did encounter one minor inconvenience during my stay. There was no safe in the room to secure my valuables.
