The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for our Christmas getaway. We were able to walk to all the main tourist attractions and had a supermarket and bakery right across the street. It made our stay extremely convenient and hassle-free. the staff provided great customer care, especially when there was a mix-up with our reservation. They worked their magic and managed to find us an available room within a couple of hours. Their attentiveness and effort were greatly appreciated.

One of the main drawbacks of the hotel was the lack of natural light in the rooms. There were no windows that opened to the outside, and the only window faced the hallway.

During our Christmas stay, we found the hotel to be in a key location, with many good eateries and shops nearby. It was convenient to have a common area equipped with a microwave, kettle, and toaster, where we could prepare our own meals. the price of the hotel was amazing and well within our budget.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. our room did not have any windows, which made it feel a bit stuffy and lacking natural light.

I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The staff, particularly Marcio, the evening clerk, was friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. My front room with a balcony and French doors was charming and allowed for fresh air. The room had a comfortable bed, fridge, and even a water filter for hot and cold water. The common dining area provided free tea, a microwave, electric kettle, water cooler, silverware, and plates. The WiFi was excellent, reaching speeds of 91 mbps, and there was also a flat-screen cable TV with plenty of channels.

I felt immediately at home at the Hotel Casablanca Montevideo and had no complaints at all.
