The room I stayed in was absolutely amazing for the price. the large terrace provided stunning views of the city, and the bathroom was modern and spacious. the hotel itself was a beautiful old building with charming vintage aesthetics. the staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The shower in my room could use some improvement, as the water pressure was not as strong as I would have liked. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall experience at the hotel.

hot water issues

Amazing location in the heart of old town, perfect for exploring during the day. Rooms on upper floors have large balconies with beautiful views. Nicely appointed rooms with a charming and character-filled ambiance. TV with good channel selection. Great daily housekeeping and free coffee in the mornings. Lovely and helpful staff, despite not speaking English. Old elevator adds to the hotel's charm. Upper floors offer a quieter stay. Great value for the price.

The small balcony in my room was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the stylish shutters. The good shower was a refreshing way to start the day. The location was perfect for exploring Ciudad Vieja, and it was an easy walk to catch the Buquebus to Argentina with my hand luggage. I had a pleasant stay.

The value for money at Palacio was outstanding, with a big room and a great view. The location was perfect, right in the historic center and close to the waterfront. The staff were lovely and very helpful.
