This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and personalized service. the outdoor swimming pool and spa & wellness center were highlights of our stay, as they provided ultimate relaxation. the Garden area was a perfect place to unwind, and the beach access was convenient. the restaurant offered special diet menus and served delicious meals. Our room had exclusive advantages that made us feel pampered from the moment we arrived.

Although this hotel is a beachfront venue, the beach area itself could have been better maintained. the sand wasn't as clean as we expected, and there was a slight issue with service by the pool area.

Liked the hot tub and the quiet location away from the city hustle. the spacious rooms had quality furnishings and lovely views. We were able to relax in the peaceful environment and enjoyed daily horse rides. the beach and pool areas were beautiful and we had a great time swimming.

Disliked the limited restaurant menu which made it difficult to eat there for several days. We had problems communicating with the staff who did not speak English and had to resort to Google Translate.
