There was an issue with loud and aggressive pop music playing by the pools, which disrupted the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure our family felt comfortable and went out of their way to accommodate us, especially with our young daughter. We even got a late checkout so we could enjoy all the facilities without any extra charge. The masseuse here is exceptionally skilled, providing a fantastic experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the countryside. The thermal pools are large and warm, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

Spent a great Xmas at a thermal resort. Loved the variety of food on offer and the thermal tub was a great addition to the room. Enjoyed the picturesque location and the ability to take peaceful walks in the countryside around the hotel.

The swimming pool area needed attention as there was a piece missing from the floor and the side wall of the pool. Transportation to the hotel from the bus terminal was not available which meant we had to walk 30 minutes, also the staff were not very friendly.

I absolutely loved my stay at this quiet thermal water resort. The rooms may be basic, but they all have stunning views and a lovely porch. One of the highlights for me was having thermal water taps in the bathtub and a jacuzzi. The well-maintained outdoor and indoor thermal pools were a real treat, perfect for a relaxing weekend with the family. There were also great activities for the kids and weekend entertainment. it was a nice, clean, and relaxing place to stay.
