The staff was incredibly supportive and helpful, informing us about the city and assisting with our credit card issue. The hotel facilities were nice and well-located, just a short walk to the beach and close to malls and restaurants. The room was spacious and beautiful, with comfortable beds and blackout curtains. The mini kitchen was a convenient addition.

I had a great stay in Pocitos, thanks to this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the beautiful Pocitos beach and not far from the Punta Carretas shopping area. The rooms were spacious and had a kitchenette, which was a great convenience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. Another bonus was that breakfast was included in the price, which added even more value to my stay.

All in all, everything was absolutely fine.

The location was great, very convenient to explore the city center. the room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the nearby beach was a bonus and made for a pleasant walk.

The kitchen area was limited and lacked dishes for cooking, making it challenging to prepare meals. There wasn't much natural light coming into the room, but it was manageable.
