I had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of an excellent neighborhood. I was able to easily access the beach, restaurants, shopping, and even a grocery store. It was so convenient!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It truly exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and location.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the seashore in a great neighborhood. The view from the rooms overlooking the bay was breathtaking, a definite advantage. The room itself was nicely furnished and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a good flow of water in the shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. The breakfast offered a good selection of options and the flexible timetable allowed for a leisurely morning.

Some of the towels in the bathroom were starting to look old and one even had a bad smell.

The hotel offers a good view of the beach which is a perfect spot to hangout for Easter. Plenty of nearby parking and located near a major shopping center which was really convenient. the staff is friendly and accommodating - always willing to help.

The room is compact and quite noisy. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, there were not many choices, and the coffee didn't taste good.

We had an amazing stay at Mercure Punta Carretas! The rooms were beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the bay. The staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was seamless. The shower was great, and the wifi was reliable. The breakfast, although simple, was satisfying. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
