Great location in a vibrant area of town, close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. Walking distance to the riverfront and beach. Helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The room was comfortable and well-maintained with a gorgeous view. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious food.

The lobby was small and could be more inviting. The bathroom was in need of maintenance.

Excellent service from Luciano, the bartender, who made delicious cocktails and provided charming and attentive service. We were delighted by his skills and had a great time interacting with him. The hotel itself was comfortable and the city of Montevideo was beautiful. We also appreciated the stunning views from our super clean room. The location was great, with convenient access to a shopping center and grocery store. we had a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was located in a great part of town, with nice restaurants within walking distance. We were greeted by friendly staff who spoke both Spanish and English fluently. The room was ready ahead of time and was large and very comfortable. The gym had modern machines and a large stretch area. The hotel's location was close to the beach but not too close to downtown or old town. Additionally, it was very close to a very nice shopping mall. The breakfast offered a variety of fruits and healthy food options, including hot or cold mate. The staff were all professional and committed to their jobs.

Stayed during Christmas. Loved the beautiful views provided from the comfortable and clean room that was well-equipped with all amenities required for a pleasant stay. the location was perfect with plenty of good restaurants all around and a shopping mall nearby. The staff was friendly and offered excellent service.

The telephone rates were excessively high, which was very disappointing. the sauna was out of service, which was a letdown.

The hotel is located in a nice area, close to many restaurants and a very nice mall. The rooms are spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows and comfortable beds. The bathroom is divided into three parts, with a large bath/Jacuzzi. The staff is accommodating and the buffet breakfast is satisfying. The hotel offers access to a pool and has direct access to a local shopping mall.

The restaurant service had some issues, with long waiting times and a dish that was prepared incorrectly.

I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton in Montevideo. The hotel room was modern and relaxing, with a stunning view of the city. The attached shopping mall and nearby grocery store made it convenient to explore and dine out. Taxis were readily available for city exploration. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was an incredibly luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities in the room were exceptional, including a private Jacuzzi and upscale buffet breakfast. The location was also a great advantage, with easy access to shopping and dining options. The service was top-notch and attentive, making us feel truly pampered.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was encountered was that the outdoor swimming pool was closed for maintenance. However, the indoor swimming pool was available, and the overall experience was not significantly affected.
