I felt safe walking around at night, and there were plenty of options for dining and entertainment nearby. The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were bilingual and always available to assist. Even when I had a late-night concern about my reservation, they responded quickly and efficiently. They were also very knowledgeable about the area and provided helpful advice, such as not venturing too far from the main streets at night. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and laundry facilities available.

Although my stay was fantastic overall, there were a few minor hiccups. The hotel seemed to be going through a transition, and sometimes things were a bit confusing.
