The 1872 Inn provided a sophisticated and peaceful stay, free from the disruption of children. The overall facility was impressive and the staff were excellent. The bathroom was exceptional, with a separate enclosed toilet and dual showers. The comfortable bed, quality linens, and good-sized fridge added to the comfort of the room. The lobby dining area was a nice spot for takeout dinner and the breakfast, although not the best, was still enjoyable.

My recent stay at the 1872 Inn was fantastic. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the amenities are top-notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the double shower in the bathroom was a great touch. The staff was extremely helpful and made me feel at home during my stay. The location of the hotel, just outside of Yellowstone National Park, was ideal. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Over Christmas, I stayed at a hotel in West Yellowstone. the hotel had beautifully appointed rooms with a Wild West authentic feel. the gas fireplace in each room was a cozy touch and the amenities were very nice. the owner was on site and very kind and helpful. the hotel was in close proximity to outside eateries and the town of West Yellowstone, making it convenient for dining options. the staff were also accommodating, giving a tour of the room and showing us the facilities, including a sauna and gym.

There were a few downsides to the hotel. the Wi-fi experience was tough, but that seems to be a common issue in the Yellowstone area.
