My partner and I recently had a romantic escape at a hotel in Kansas City and we absolutely loved it. the location was perfect, situated in a walkable area of downtown with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We were also delighted to find an art museum within the hotel itself, which made our stay even more enjoyable. the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy. the air conditioning in our room kept shutting off during the night, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the Nespresso machines not getting the coffee hot enough and the inconvenient access to ice, it did not significantly impact my overall experience. The air conditioning did shut off occasionally, but since it was mid-October, it didn't bother me much.
